Refund policy

We accept returns on apparel up to 30 days from receipt.  Consumable products that wish to be returned must be initiated within 14 days from receipt and must be unopened.  Due to the nature of the consumable products, the seal must be intact and will be inspected.   Please contact us at contact@liveultimate.com or 719.924.5483(LIVE) to obtain return instructions to ensure you receive your refund.  If we shipped you the wrong item, we will provide a return label otherwise buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Once the item is returned and inspected and the refund is initiated, the process will take 3-5 business days before you see the credit on your original payment method. This depends on which credit card carrier you use. 

Important to Note:  Opened, tampered, damaged or used items will not be accepted.  Items in a condition other than new might have up to a 50% restocking fee or might be fully rejected.
