In 2013, Live Ultimate created and produced 3 road races in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Miami to bring the positive message of what it means to Live Ultimate from Miami to the West Coast.

On February 10th, 2013, the 1st ever Live Ultimate RUN Los Angeles took place in Santa Monica, CA featuring a 10-kilometer run, 5 km run/walk, Ultimate Kids Dash and Team Challenge with over 2,000 participants. The event helped raise awareness for America’s hungry children in support of Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry and the Live Ultimate End Child Hunger Initiative with the motto “Don’t Stand For Hunger, Run To Help End It!”. The start, finish line and post-race party centered around the iconic Santa Monica Pier. Sponsors included Whole Foods Market, among others.

On June 30th, 2013, the 1st ever Live Ultimate RUN San Francisco took place and featured a quarter marathon, 5K run/walk, Ultimate Kids Dash and Team Challenge with over 2,000 participants. The event helped raise awareness for America’s hungry children in support of Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry and the Live Ultimate End Child Hunger Initiative with the motto “Don’t Stand For Hunger, Run To Help End It!”.  The start, finish and post-race party were held at Crissy Field, next to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. Sponsors included Fleet Feet, Voss Water, Larabar and ZICO, among others.

On December 14th, 2013, the 2nd Annual Live Ultimate RUN South Beach took place with over 2,000 participants and featured our first-ever half marathon (13.1 miles) along with a quarter marathon (6.55 miles), 5K run/walk, Ultimate KIDS Dash and Team Challenge. The event helped raise awareness for America’s hungry children in support of Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry and the Live Ultimate End Child Hunger Initiative with the motto “Don’t Stand For Hunger, Run To Help End It!”. The start, finish line and post-race party were at Nikki Beach Club, and sponsors included T-Mobile, Braman BMW, Whole Foods Market, ZICO and KIND Snacks, among others. The event also featured a weekend of events for the “Ultimate RUNcation” including a pre-race packet pickup and runner’s expo at The National Hotel and a night life experience at Mansion nightclub.
