Improve your mental clarity
NBA legend and Hall of Famer Ray Allen was the featured athlete and host of the 2017 SEED Live Ultimate 5K in Wynwood, Miami FL on November 4th, 2017. Participants enjoyed a great morning of yoga and running with Ray at the finish line to high five every one of them. The event raised funds for the United Way and the Puerto Rico Hurricane Relief fund, spearheaded by Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez, among others.
